Books let you travel without moving your feet… they don’t see borders, so do we…
On the 2nd of April the International Children’s Book Day is celebrated by International Board on Books for Young People (IBBY). The date holds a strong signification since it’s the date of the beloved for many generations children’s literature writer, Hans Christian Andersen. All around the world those days, a variety of activities and events are organised to inspire love of reading and to call attention to children’s literature!
Without any doubt at DIA-drasis, books are part of our everyday life… Therefore, on Friday, 5th of April, our joint activity was about the love of reading and books… But not just books! We were inspired by “The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore“, we laughed with the adventures of the books and be moved by the story, we played with our favorite books and devise entangled stories, we created our own fantastic books to read and play with…
