In July, as part of the HELIOS+ program, a highly meaningful job-matching initiative was carried out in collaboration between YMCA Thessaloniki, MDAT, and Solidarity Now, hosted at the HELIOS+ center of Solidarity Now in Thessaloniki.

The info session included the participation of three companies:
 👉 Kapenios Flour Mills
 👉 Cleaning Oikonomiki I.K.E.
 👉 Taxiarchis Cleaning Services

Employers had the opportunity to present available job positions and speak directly with seven beneficiaries of the program. With the support of interpreters, all participants were able to communicate effectively and gain a full understanding of the requirements and prospects of each role.

This initiative paved the way for targeted partnerships and produced positive outcomes, confirming the importance of direct contact and accurate information.
