Things were quite calm today.

As always, as we started painting, several children gathered around us. Kids never seem to be bored of painting, making it an endless, old-time classic activity.

Most of the them have learned basic words and phrases in Greek and in English therefore communicating with them has become much easier. I think that if we learn some words in their language as well, we will improve our communication even more.

Towards the end of the day, some girls showed us some of the games they play in their countries and they were very happy about it.

In general, everything went very smoothly! We ’ve become family and in the end, the children were begging us to come back again tomorrow.
